Additional performance improvements for the bootstrapper.
Fixed a security issue with the tool and bootstrapper.
- This security issue was caused due to a dependency importing a vulnerable version of the affected library.
- As far as I am aware, this security issue doesn't affect the tool and bootstrapper that much. It is recommended to update, to cover all bases.
Updated dependencies for better performance and stability.
