Download progress for downloading the nwjs binaries will now show up.
Merged the conversion and encryption steps into one. This improves build speeds a bit.
Removed the "Patch source files" option.
- This was meant for those that have already patched the core scripts. Due to causing confusion and not being used much, it was removed.
Enabled HTTP/3 support on the Cook Tool.
- Note that this requires msquic package installed. It's already present on Windows, but Linux users will need to installl it. Either by importing Microsoft's Package Repo or the distro's own (usually under the libmsquic name).
