Overhauled how WebP compression works.
- Switched over to ImageMagick.
- Merged the option for lossy/lossless compression and the compression level into two settings.
  - Setting it to 100% triggers lossless compression.
Both WebP and AVIF use the same Image quality setting.
[Bootstrap] Added File System diagnostics.
- This will check if the bootstrap can create the cache folder, alongside checking if there's enough space.
Fixed a bug with the password prompt. Due to a misalignment, the buttons were a bit cut off.
Updated dependencies, for better performance and reliability.
