Improved the algorithm of determining the files to update from packages.
- This only applies when the option to clear the cache after closing the game is turned off.
Added a notification on when the project settings have errors.
Additional info is recorded to the logs.
Fixed an issue, where the Player Friendly version tag wasn't saved properly.
