R5.07 Update 3 released!

The Game Bootstrapper and Game Master are merged into the new Game Master executable.
- The new executable reduces the game's size slightly (removed about 10MB) and it's more reliable.
Turned on NativeAOT support for code that provides support for MSIX/Microsoft Store builds, reducing the size of the executable and improves performance.
Updated the tool to handle the new executable.
Minor improvements to how the automatic import works. This is to exclude more unnecessary files from the Halva packages.
