R5.07 Update 2 released!

This update is (primarily) a rollup of updates for the tool's dependencies, alongside a few quality of life improvements.

• Performance improvements.
  • [Linux] Enabled Vulkan support for rendering the UI (if available).
  • [Windows] Enabled support for Windows.UI.Composition (falls back to DirectComposition if not). Improves support for high refresh rates.
• Updated the following dependencies:
  • Updated .NET to 8.0.7. Brings stability and security improvements.
  • Updated Avalonia to 11.1.0. Brings additional performance and stability improvements.
  • Rolled up the latest updates for ImageMagick. Brings stability improvements.
• Adjusted the filters so it doesn't copy the Mapshots folder to the final output.
