R5.06 Update 1 released!

Added AV1 Video Compression to the asset compression.
- Brings improved compression vs VP8/VP9.
- This is turned off by default, as it requires a powerful CPU or a system with hardware acceleration for playing these videos.
Fixed a bug, where using AVIF compression could throw an error, breaking the image compression.
Fixed a bug, where cancelling the task and then restart, it would mangle the path. This would throw an error where the path doesn't exist.
Updated ImageMagick to 7.1.1-31. Brings improved performance and stability.
Windows specific changes:
- Updated rcedit to 2.0.0. Brings bug fixes.
- Updated ffmpeg to 7.0. Brings performance improvements.
- Fixed an issue, where the tool and the included bootstrapper would crash, if the system didn't support the SSE4.2 instruction set.
