R6.02 released!
RPG Maker Cook Tool Deluxe » Devlog
Now that .NET 10's Release Candidate is out, R6.02 is promoted to release status, with additional changes. Specifically, I re-worked the option to create the test builds, to be more streamlined and useful. There was aslo a behind-the-scenes overhaul to how the patches are applied, so they are faster and more accurate.
Changelog:
- Improvements to creating test builds:
- The checkbox for it was reworked into a drop down (visible in the main window.
- The tool will now remove or add the
--disable-devtools
, depending on the setting.
- Added code to certain areas, so it's easier to see which plug-in broke.
- Added a message to notify the user that dev tools are accessible and should create a release build to remove them.
- Updated to .NET 10 (RC 1), improving performance and reliability.
- Updated dependencies, for improved performance and reliability.
- Reduced the download size of the program.
- Overhauled the patching system, for better accuracy and performance.
- Under the hood changes to improve maintainability.
- The password for Deep Level Encryption is now properly formatted for the JS file.
- Made the checks between the source and output folders more robust.
