Happy new year, everyone!

I've released a small hotfix build to fix some bugs with the launcher. Along with this build, I have added the manifest file to support some additional features for those who downloaded the game from the itch.io client (such as dependency installation) and added two shortcuts, so you can access both the save manager and the Readme files.
