Tweaked the Quick Load option so you can enable it even if you don't have saves (it will launch normally until you re-launch the game after saving).
Updated dependencies for better stability and performance.
Updated to .NET 9 again, now that the issue with the automatic error report is fixed.
Under the hood changes for future features.
