Migration tool now available!

The Migration and Diagnostics Assistant is now available! This tool is used to migrate the old recipe files into the new version. In addition, the option to export the logs is also included, making it easier to pull the diagnostic logs (helpful for when you don't have access to the original tool). Exporting logs will be added to the main app in an upcoming patch.
